Governor hydraulic coupling is a mechanical variable speed hydraulic transmission, has stepless adjustment process running, start the motor load, saving energy consumption,etc.Governor hydraulic coupling is mainly used in high power, high energy, big moment of inertia, the uninterrupted operation and speed control devices,such as fans, pumps, conveyors,mixers and other equipment.The current structure of variable speed fluid coupling on the market is made by British FLUIDDRIVE company export regulation of telescopic catheter GST governor hydraulic coupling improvement from,this structure has almost become the main structure of the domestic coupling.But the new coupling overcomes GST coupling structure is complex, the weight of large,supporting instability, poor lubrication etc..Specific work completed as follows:1) Coupling factory research, Under the leadership of instructors to Dalian YingCheng hydraulic coupling factory visit and research,to observe the coupling process of every parts and components,besides the key observation and to understand the coupling of impeller casting and processing technology.Then in the process of return factory coupling overhaul observed the coupling structure including output, the input shaft, impeller, gear and other parts assembly.2) Completed a new coupling structure of innovative design and calculation, Including the design of the whole structure, oil system,the design of the pump impeller, etc.3) The impeller of the 3D model was imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to do the finite element analysis,get to the impeller itself in the centrifugal force and liquid under the action of stress and strain,and show the location of maximum stress,at the same time, verify the reliability of the strength of the impeller, pointed out the dangerous position.For coupling to the rotation of the shell finite element analysis, the rotating shells under the action of the centrifugal force of their own in four force of stress and strain.4) This paper has also carried on the design calculation for the embedded bearing of the coupling,first calculate the coupling hub bearings buried by radial force,Then the two can serve as the bearing embedded bearing for finite element analysis,obtain results their stress nephogram and displacement nephogram,comparison and then choose the appropriate embedded bearing.
