Hydraulic coupling as a new technology core for energy saving.Integrate of machinery,materials,computers and many other modern science and technology. Bearing as one of the most important parts of the hydraulic coupling, also play a very important role.This paper study on YOTCGP750 hydraulic coupling`s embedment of bearing life calculation and its stress analysis, select the most suitable YOTCGP750 hydraulic coupling`s buried bearings. Thesis mainly includes the following aspects:1.This algorithm is to split each of the rotating assembly and estimate the center of gravity position of each rotating assembly, in place of the hard parts at its center of gravity position.The active member and follower split use force system balance and moment balance calculations. In order to improve the accuracy and computational efficiency, the paper-based visual user interface VB prepared a program bearing fluid coupling force calculations.2.According to the domestic and foreign of the velocity modulated hydraulic coupler`s choice experience for embedded bearing,this paper chose three kinds of buried to compared include the angular contact ball bearings, four-point contact ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearing bearing.According to results of calculation program VB support reaction force buried bearing life calculation, excluding the self-aligning ball bearings.3.According to the Hertz contact theory are obtained.The classic,deformation of the ball and the innerangular contact ball bearing,four point contact ball bearing in the ball in the different positions of the contact stress value and the ball.According to Palm Glenn’s theory of the bearing rated dynamic load life calculation,obtained the angular contact ball bearing,four point contact ball bearing life value,ready for further simulation analysis.4.Application of 3D drawing software Pro/E angular contact ball bearing, four point contact ball bearing is modeled,the model into ANSYS Workbench finite element static analysis. Two kinds of bearing ball,inner ring,outer ring are respectively obtained the stress contours and deformation nephogram.Analysis of fatigue life simulation to it,the life conditions and its safety coefficient of two kinds of bearings are obtained.According to the static analysis,comparison of two kinds of bearing contact stress,deformation and the life,the final choice of four point contact ball bearing is more suitable for YOTCGP750 type hydraulic coupling.
