With the rapid development of communication technology and computer technology, human society has entered the information age. State Grid Corporation of hot pursuit of a wave of national construction, has built a network of national, provincial, city and county, "integration" information system. Power information system supporting the efficient operation of the power system, the relationship between people’s livelihood and international core national interests. At the same time get the convenience brought by information technology, the power of information systems are faced with many security problems. Power Information Network architecture increasingly complex, various security vulnerabilities frequently, greatly increasing the security of difficulty. Existing security surveillance system has been unable to meet the information security needs of increasingly complex network Structure.In this paper, the status quo of power information system security, the situation in the network from home and abroad on the basis of risk assessment studies, in-depth analysis of the existing power information network existing risks and problems. Based on mainstream domestic and multi-source data fusion technology, data fusion and made a decision model for complex power information network, based on the model can be realized on the mass of information security alarm logs from multiple data sources and efficient paradigm switch Chu. This paper also proposes a network security risk assessment model based on a hierarchical model, the use of dependency and the risk of spreading the relationship between the various elements of the hierarchical network model to describe the entire information network, combined with the importance of network elements endowed with different weights value, considering the threat and vulnerability factors to achieve a quantitative assessment of the overall security posture of the network, and the validity and accuracy of risk assessment algorithms in a lab environment. Finally, the paper describes the perceptual system based on multi-source data fusion and situation hierarchical network design model to provide reference for the realization of the follow-up similar systems.
