With the rapid development of information technology, power grid has made remarkable achievements in our country, but also exposed some problems. Because information technology among the provinces independently in power enterprises, so always there is no unified standards and norms. Data between different systems are incompatible, information sharing and other issues also will be produced, leading to the formation of Information Islands one by another. Power enterprises have started to research and plan grid information technology, how to build efficient information systems has become the hotspots of power enterprise information construction at present. With the rise of SOA architecture and cloud computing technologies, as well as on-demand, loosely coupled design and related application technology, power enterprises ushered in a new thinking and new method to build information platform for unified and efficient in the power grid. Therefore, to study the integration framework of large-scale power enterprise information system with highly application value.Based on the study of traditional architecture of the grid system, the paper studied the developments of SOA and cloud computing at home and abroad and its key implementation techniques. Through the research and analysis for SOA and cloud computing architecture concepts and related technology, the paper design the smart grid framework model based on SOA and cloud computing.By establishing and studying the smart grid architecture model based on SOA and cloud computing, SOA and cloud computing technologies will be applied to the power enterprise information construction, and according to the characteristics of SCSG architecture designed security system to ensure the security of system data and services. The paper also design and implement a cloud storage platform server-side module on the basis of this framework, successfully completed the construction work of the storage cluster, and achieved data processing module in server-side.Finally, through the experiments of infrastructure virtualization and the business application deployment in the cloud virtual machine to verify the theoretical correctness of SCSG architecture model. Experiments show that the use of this framework for the construction of power enterprise information can effectively improve the utilization rate of the existing IT resources and save the manpower and material resources of system maintenance and conducive to the unified management and scheduling of the application business, at the same time making the user access and resources sharing more flexible.
