With the deepening of energy crisis, how to improve the utilization ratio of energy become the important way to solve the problem of economy and environment. In the context of current distribution and development of electric power production source, thermal power is still the leading direction of China’s electric power production, regenerative system is an important part of the thermal power unit, the regenerative system characteristics and system optimization analysis of energy conversion can improve the thermal efficiency of the unit. Based on the theory of entransy dissipation, analysis the entransy dissipation of regenerative system in thermal power unit, the main research contents as follows:Firstly, establishing the mathematical physical model of heat exchanger in regenerative system of thermal power unit heater, the entransy balance equation is deduced in regenerative system when the entransy as a state measure and process measure respectively, and a 600 MW unit as an example for calculation and analysis, giving the distribution of entransy dissipation in high pressure heater,deaerator measurement and low pressuer heater under the rated conditions, and analyzes the generating principle of the rule.Secondly, when the entransy as a process measure, aiming at the distribution of enyransy dissipation in differnet heater at different working conditions of a 600 MW thermal system, and caculated the entransy dissipation vary with load distribution, analyze the reasons for the distribution, find out the weak link in the process of a heat regenerative system, offer the direction for the optimization of the regenerative system reform.Finally, in the case of a single high-pressure heater, the internal entransy dissipation distribution of dynamic analysis, it is concluded that high pressure heater within the entransy dissipation at the process of distribution and combining the theory of temperature field uniformity of comparative analysis, it is deduced a single heat exchanger in the distribution of the entransy dissipation and mechanism of personnel.
