The photovoltaic project of sino-singaporean tianjin eco-city is according to the related policy and the deployment of the construction of Tianjin Municipal Electric Power Company. Its main purpose is the construction of distributed photovoltaic system, researching and displaying the application of the distributed grid-connected photovoltaic system in the intelligent community. The project uses the clean and pollution-free of solar power and the system combines photovoltaic energy storage with intelligent control technology. Finally the system will be a intelligent photovoltaic system of coordination and stable operation. The system will run independently, also it will be connected to the power system and work with it. Surplus electricity can be transmitted to the power grid. The power grid will transmit power to the system automatically when it is lack of power. They are standby for each other to provide high quality power for electricity load. It can fully demonstrate the grid-connected photovoltaic system’s practicability, reliability and economy.The article firstly introduces the background and the present research status of photovoltaic technology and intelligent community at home and abroad. Then the paper introduces the form and principle of photovoltaic power generation, the composition and classification of photovoltaic power generation system. And the paper describes the composition of the photovoltaic grid connected system and classification of grid technology. On the basis of the equivalent circuit and mathematical model of photovoltaic cells, the paper compares of a variety of MPPT algorithm and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages. Then the paper put forward an improved Perturb and Observe algorithm. During the design process of solar photovoltaic grid connected system, the paper selects the appropriate solar panels and its position. Then I design the grid connected photovoltaic inverter and calculate the mainly parameters of the BOOST circuit.Finally, the article designes the intelligent and automatic monitoring system for grid connected photovoltaic system. And it mainly includes the power monitoring, energy storage system monitoring and mobile Internet application. The monitoring system completes the functions of data acquisition, data record and data display, and realize the real-time monitoring of intelligent system.
