City distribution network is an important part of power system, is one of the important infrastructure of the city. Especially in the new round of city expansion, the regional power supply can be guaranteed, the region’s market competitiveness. How to use the existing power grid 10 k V power distribution network structure, system planning, design and construction to adapt to the city, is of great significance for the development of the electric power system.With the accelerated process of city, the development of distribution network structure is weak, power supply reliability based on some outstanding problems, according to the characteristics of city distribution network with high load density, large capacity, high reliability, limited line corridors, based on the construction of distribution network has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, clear hierarchy, operation flexible and reliable as the principle, put forward the frame model of distribution network planning 10 k V combination weighting method.In the planning and research, this paper discusses four aspects of properties of the 10 k V distribution network of different grid patterns,including technicality, economy, adaptability, coordination, and carries on the analysis, comprehensive analysis, combined with weighting method to compare alternative use, so as to determine the pros and cons. The calculation and analysis by using this method, can be optimized to predict network model of a region, to provide decision- making guidance for electric power planning in the region.Based on the construction experience of distribution network at home and abroad advanced area, the introduction of combination weighting method, to do some beneficial exploration on the optimization of network model of distribution network planning problem, provides a new idea and method for distribution network planning.
