The lack of wetland park planning and construction of scientific cognition will threaten the health of wetland ecological system, resulting in deterioration of the wetland environment even degenerate, the wetland park planning and design theory and domestic relative lag there is a certain relationship, therefore, for the study of the theory of planning and design of the wetland park is very necessary.This article from the concept of Wetland Park as green infrastructure obtains, through literature reading, chart statistics method on the macro, meso, micro three spatial scales of connotation, scope of application and planning design features to make a summary; by reading at home and abroad has three cases of Wetland Park representative cases, analyze the features of three level. in the practice part, the authors selected four cases of Wetland Park in Zhejiang Province in the north plain area as the study object, through on-the-spot investigation, interview, shooting, recording, and other methods of research.Through the analysis of their general and specific characteristics, from three levels of macro, meso and micro summary green infrastructure dimensions of wetland park planning and design strategy: At the macro level according to the Wetland Park in the green space system ecological functions determine the even into the green space system within the network connection mode. Firstly relying on the macro level all corridor network connected into the green space system. Secondly, through the park surrounding the set landscape node, add green corridors, adjust the additional blue line, self coupling synthesis of green ecological network.Thirdly, set in the park surrounding with a "Stepping-stone" contact with the surrounding green space ecological enhancement. At the meso level, establish the ecological pattern of network structure of green infrastructure dimensions. Based on the following steps, firstly determine the green infrastructure dimensions of ecological pattern elements; then reference based on green infrastructure dimensions of ecological pattern structure; finally determine the ecological pattern. At the micro level, through the rain falling, classified the wetland park landscape elements.
