How to evaluate the extent of damage suffered by the structure under earthquake, has been a key issue in the field of earthquake engineering research.Rapid, timely and accurate assessment of earthquake damaged by the earthquake do building during the earthquake emergency is one of the main basis for the identification of housing safety,and is an effective way to make proper arrangements for victims,and also can avoid a lot of residential earthquake victims shed potential safety problems,and it can prevent unsafe to live freely under strong aftershocks caused by the construction of secondary disasters, and it strongly protects the lives and property of people in disaster areas, and it reduces casualties and economic losses; and it can restore normal social order and safeguard social stability plays an important role,.It’s a more accurate determination of human, material and financial resources into the emergency period, provide the basis to avoid unnecessary waste.
