In recent years, as Chinese rapid economic growth rapidly and the level of the growing demand for growth, living standards continue to improve, while the quality of life requirements are also increasing. The degree of development and construction of science and technology complex projects receiving more and more attention. However, science and technology complex project scope is large and complex, a large amount of investment, management, diversification and management procedures subject irregularities of China. In recent years has led to complex project problems still exist and grim. Therefore, the risk management of complex projects is extremely important. Construction industry is an important part of our economy, to play in the social economy, It plays an increasingly important role in recent years, Chinese construction enterprises face security risks upward trend in social and economic life, risk is everywhere.Since the project risk but also a wide range of scientific and technological complex links between the various intricacies of risk, the success of its projects is of great significance for the development of the building, many issues still need further research, evaluation technology complex project construction period of risk management research, is one of the core elements of project risk management, this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy, providing a simple, more objective analysis methods for science and technology complex project risk management, project decision makers play reference. Studies are as follows:(1) describes the concept of the project risk, risk identification and risk assessment, and other related theories, and the author introduced commonly used risk assessment methods;(2) factors affecting science and technology complex projects carried out during construction peried through the identification and judgment;build the evaluation index system of science and technology complex projects in the construction phase;(3) evaluation model proposed fuzzy of science and technology complex projects based on entropy and analyzed the complex projects respond, pointing out the value of each specific risk factors, and in turn be sorted, the greater the value of its corresponding the higher the level of risk factors. Finally, through empirical research on science and technology complex project in Yangzhou, risk management methods proved to be effective in this study.
