Research On Risk Management Of Fu-Qi Highway Construction Project

With the steady development of China’s domestic social economy,the role of highway engineering construction in promoting economic construction and accelerating social development has become increasingly prominent.In particular,over the years,highway construction has been continuously extended to rural areas,townships and other areas,radiating and driving rural development,which has benefited the people living in the above areas.However,there are risks in all engineering projects.In order to further promote the sustainable development of the current domestic rural highway engineering projects,it is necessary to strengthen the management of rural highway engineering project risks and ensure the smooth progress of the project.Therefore,in the process of building rural highway projects,it is necessary to effectively identify potential risks,scientifically and reasonably identify and evaluate potential risks,and do a good job in risk prevention and early warning,so as to provide specific treatment measures,minimize project losses and avoid various risks to the greatest extent.This paper takes the Fu-qi highway construction project as the research object.Firstly,it studies the main condition of the project,analyzes the sources of risk factors of the project.Secondly,on the basis of full retrieval and collation of data and on-site investigation and research,the project manager,project engineer and other risk identification personnel shall comprehensively identify the main risk factors of the project by using the checklist method according to the actual situation of the rural highway construction project,and judge the construction period,cost,quality and safety risks.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method realize the quantitative calculation of risk value,and the risk evaluation results are analyzed.Finally,according to the risk evaluation results,the corresponding risk treatment countermeasures are formulated from the four aspects--construction period,cost,quality and safety.What’s more,the construction of risk control system is described in detail to realize dynamic supervision and control of project risk.This paper applies the risk management theory to the actual rural highway project,effectively helps the project avoid risks,and gives some references to the risk management of other rural highway projects in China.
