Research And Design On The External Environment Of The High-rise Commercial Buildings In Harbin

The increasing population and the scarcity of land are getting worse and worse with the rise of China’s housing construction and housing commercialization. The development of high-rise commercial and residential houses is rather rapid in face of the fast growth of urban construction and expanded market demand, which has become the key of the trend of market exploration gradually. A comprehensive and systematic understanding and analysis of the external environment types, features, design principles and development orientation of the high-rise commercial and residential building is in favor of guiding the design and construction of the external environment of high-rise commercial and residential building in the future. Besides, the climatic condition of Harbin is unique, with typical cold features. The research on high-rise building external environment in Harbin will improve the quality of high-rise building external environment in Harbin and enhance the overall image of the city.This thesis analyzes and summarizes the concept of the external environment, the types, the users, the elements and the influencing factors of high-rise building with the external environment of high-rise commercial and residential housing in Harbin as the object. It concludes the trend of the development and design principles of high-rise commercial and residential housing in Harbin and explores further the construction elements from the external environment through investigating the examples on basis of the relevant theory of environmental design.This thesis tries to analyze the theme with comprehensive document, filed work and induction. It forms a theoretical basis through the related information access and collation of high-rise commercial and residential building and its external environment. According to the investigation of outdoor environment types of high-rise commercial and residential housing and the summary of the general characteristics of the situation, it can be found that problems still exist. This thesis explores the principles of geographical and cultural characteristics, the division of commercial and residential space, and the overall design of a multi-level dimensional traffic and puts forward the overall design methods and the specific requirements of the construction of external environment on basis of the previous theory and practice with the theory of the architectural and environmental psychology, environment behavior, place spirit, landscape aesthetics, landscape ecology and others, as well as the examples of Japan Roppongi Hills and Beijing San Li Tun SOHO, which have great significance in guiding.Finally, this thesis verifies the design theory from the project site, development trend, market demand analysis, and determines the types of projects. Besides, the thesis emphasizes that the division of functions from the graphic design and space design with the principle of the fusion of urban environment and practice, which is also supposed to pay attention to the characteristics and the open space for users in order to guide the design and the development of the external environment of high-rise commercial and residential housing in Harbin in the future.
