With the rapid development of economy and society,the sustainable development of energy has become a common concern of the whole society.China is lack of energy,and in high-rise residential buildings,energy,energy consumption and waste are more than three times as much as European residential buildings.At the beginning of the design of high-rise residential buildings,designers should not only meet the function of use,create facade modeling,but also consider the protection of ecological environment in the process of building creation,integrate the design concept of building energy conservation,and strive for low energy consumption,energy saving and environmental protection.The energy-saving of the high-rise residential building is not only the energy-saving of the building itself,but also the climatic conditions in the urban area,the surrounding environment of the block,the overall pattern of the planning,the plane shape and the orientation of the building.The subject of this thesis is to further study and discuss the suitable energy-saving technology of high-rise residential building in Harbin.This paper analyzes the development of high-rise housing at home and abroad,the general situation of Harbin area and the present situation of high-rise housing development in Harbin area,and investigates the situation of high-rise housing in Harbin area,analyzes the current situation of energy use and the existing problems of envelope structure.This paper discusses the energy-saving design and technical measures of high-rise residential buildings in Harbin area from the aspects of energy-saving technology suitable for Harbin,analyzing the factors affecting energy-saving,building structure form,building exterior protection structure and so on.First of all,collect the literature review data and collate the completed research results,enumerate the existing energy-saving measures,energy-saving measures and related theoretical support at home and abroad,and refine the basic discussion framework of the whole paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the energy consumption of high-rise residential buildings in Harbin and the present situation of wall,roof,doors and windows and other parts of high-rise residential buildings,and puts forward the existing problems of existing high-rise residential buildings in Harbin.Finally,through the analysis of the suitable energy-saving technology forhigh-rise residential buildings,the energy-saving technology forms in accordance with this area are obtained.In the last chapter of the paper,the theoretical research is transformed into a practical project with a practical case.The development of high-rise residential building energy-saving technology has been paid attention to,designers began to find more powerful energy-saving appropriate technology from the actual design and implementation,hoping through the analysis and research of this paper,It provides the basis for the renewal of suitable energy-saving technology for high-rise residential buildings in Harbin area.
