Mechanical vibration is common in People’s Daily life and social production,the use of DVA which is used to absorb vibration technology can effectively control the vibration of the harm and influence. As the traditional DVA natural frequency is fixed, the characteristics of effective vibration absorption band too narrow, This paper mainly studies the variable parameters of dynamic vibration absorber which is used to absorb vibration technology, Comparative analysis of the impact of DVA quality, stiffhess,damping and other vibration absorbing effect on the main vibration system.Based on simulation analysis of variable mass vibration absorber, it is concluded that by changing the mass of vibration absorber which is used to adjust its natural frequency, thereby expanding the effective bandwidth of vibration absorption.Based on two degree of freedom vibration model and principle, deducing the system vibration natural frequency and vibration mode, the principle of the traditional DVA is studied. According to this theory explores the design of dynamic vibration absorber which is used to not fixed point theory and optimal homology with optimal damping condition of.parameter optimization design.In this paper, based on the vibration theory of two degrees of freedom system, the evaluated method and performance of factors DVA is analyzed, deriveing the dynamic magnification coefficient of function, based on the analysis of theory and effect factor of DVA, the DVA design method of experiment and simulation is presented. Comparing with the DVA experiment design method, this DVA simulation design method has many advantages, such as good feasibility, high efficiency and small environment effect.Due to the vibration frequency band of adaptive DVA is width, through to research the variable parameters of DVA, the adjustable quality of DVA is simulation designed,studying the principle of vibration absorption and establishing the differential equations. Based on the differential equations, Simulink simulation model of the vibration damping performance simulation analysis is set up, studing the effective bandwidth. Based on the ride comfort study of some passenger car, the influence factors of vehicle ride comfort is Road excitation and the suspension’s vertical vibration,The simulation multibody dynamics model of suspension is established in software Adams.Under the external excitation source, analysing the vibration transfer characteristics of the front suspension system,the result indicate the DVA which is simulation designed can effectively absorb vibration.
