Since the 1960 s, almost every local war has a varying degree use of the missile. In order to ensure the stability of the missile during the whole land job, a batch of new launchers have emerged. And erecting cylinder plays an important role for the launcher to drive the missile body to erect. The test aiming at the launcher performance is just to check the dynamic performance of erecting cylinder.This topic studies the dynamic characteristics during the erecting process of the three-mode vehicle launcher by combining the launcher test project of a company. By designing the non-standard equipment with integrative technique system of mechanics-electronics-hydraulics, conduct the load simulation experiment on the erecting cylinder to test the stability, leaking and reliability of the erecting cyliner during the loading process, which can verify that whether the product performance will meet the requirements of the actual conditions. To develop a load simulation loading system which can fit for different kinds of launchers to simulate the dynamic performance of the erecting cylinder in varying environments in the lab has practical significance.A design plan of loading simulation system for the launcher was raised in this topic. This design met the requirements of the cylinder axial opposite vertex loading mechanical structure and studied on 2 sets of hydraulic circuit realizing the simulation load of the loading cylinder control system and the control system of the tested cylinder met the actual conditions. It built the observing and control system with PLC and upper computer. As a slave station, PLC was responsible for completing the control of each hydraulic valve and collecting the sensor signal in the system. The upper computer chose the Lab VIEW as the human-computer interface to realize the control commands sending to PLC and data readind to draw status curve for record. It studied the control of sumilation PID algorithm to the loading force accuracy in the test process, conducted the simulation analysis and realized the control at the Lab VIEW platform in the end.The reslut of the experiment of launcher loading simulation system joint debugging and erecting cylinder test shows that the system design is feasible and can meet the requirements. The load simulation system of the launcher is based on the erectric-hydraulic proportional technology so that can simulate the actual conditions of the erecting cylinder and record the test data exactly. And it can also meet the requirements of the stability, leaking and reliability of the cylinder loading process. The design and development of the whole launcher load simulation system achieved the desired results.
