Spray drying technology can spray the thinner and contact it with hot air,and the water will be vaporized and evaporated quickly,so that the drying product can be obtained.This method can directly dry the solution into powder or granular products,and can eliminate the evaporation and crushing process.Compared with other drying equipment,the spray drying equipment has the advantages of high drying efficiency,good product quality and low industrial pollution.Based on spray drying technology,spray drying process and automatic control system are discussed and studied in this paper.In view of the fact that the control system of the domestic drying industry is still not perfect,this paper is based on the experimental data of the actual production of the factory,and then improves and perfected the control system of the spray dryer.The experimental platform is based on the spray dryer to collect and verify the experimental data.Through fluent simulation and experiments,we discuss and verify the various influencing factors in the production,and get a set of the most efficient and accurate control scheme.The hydrodynamic formulas are used to calculate and design the data in the process,and the formulas for calculating the valves and air intake are deduced.A set of accurate control parameters are obtained,and the structure of the nozzle is designed and analyzed.Calculate the head and energy loss of the equipment,and select the appropriate feeding pump.According to the requirements of the system,sensors and electric valves are selected.Simlink is used to compare the simulation results between the fuzzy controller and the traditional PID control.The man-machine interface of the control system is designed and programmed by LabVIEW.Then the fuzzy control algorithm is combined with the traditional PID control system,which can modify and adjust the control parameters in real time,making the whole control system more accurate and reliable.Finally,the programming of fuzzy control algorithm is burned to the single chip microcomputer,and the spray drying equipment is installed and debugged.The fuzzy control system and the traditional control system are used to carry out the sampling test,and the qualification rate of the product quality is compared,and the feasibility of the fuzzy control algorithm is verified.
