Design And Implementation Of Family Security System Based On ZigBee

With the development of our national economy and the continuously improvement of civil living standards, the security consciousness of civilian is gradually improved, as well the increasing need of intelligent family security alarm systems. The current intelligent family security alarm systems mostly installed through wiring, which has bad expandability and more expense. Besides, there is a blind area in this wiring way. This paper combines the common intelligent family security alarm systems with ZigBee technology, without the wiring schemes, and comes to a wireless intelligent family security alarm systems based on ZigBee.The intelligent family security alarm system designed in this paper is composed of sensors、terminal devices (ZigBee module)、a coordinator node (ZigBee module)-. a control node (ZigBee module) and a upper computer.Sensors、terminal devices and the coordinator node in this system form a wireless sensor network.Every terminal device connects to a sensor and accepts the environment information transmitted by the sensor. When a terminal device accepts a abnormal environment information,it will send a alarm message to the coordinator node immediately.The coordinator node collects all alarm messages transmitted by terminal devices and transmits all alarm messages to the upper computer by the serial communication.Through operating buttons of the control node,people can let the control node send commands to the coordinator node,which will transmit a message to the terminal device according to the command,to realize the purpose of controlling the entire system.On hardware design, it adopts the chip CC2530 produced by TI and meets the protocol IEEE 802.15.4 and ZigBee application as the network node. Taking full account of the specialization of the wireless net signal transmission of ZigBee, this paper design a whole hardware circuit system and achieve human being detection, leak of tap water detection, gas detection, and smoke detection and so on.On software design, program and realize the functional module to achieve the terminal device receive information from every sensor; design the program module that build wireless sensor network through network coordinator to achieve the communication among each node in the wireless sensor network and the program module that coordinator transfer message through serial port and upper computer. And finally completely achieve the whole family security alarm systems based on ZigBee.Through debugging, the experimental results indicate that the intelligent family security alarm system based on ZigBee technology designed in this paper takes full advantages of ZigBee wireless network, and has low cost, low energy consumption, big network capacity and high reliability comparing with wiring system, and can do administrate the dangerous case timely, efficiently, accurately.
