Pyrotechnics experiments and testing is a multi-disciplinary comprehensive technology, is to get a variety of data and information technology required in the production and research process, is a basic technology to understand the operating mechanism of EED, evaluate its level and quality diagnose, analyze and real-time monitor it. Pyrotechnics design, development and mass production are inseparable from the experiments and tests. Through experiments and testing, we can get access to a variety of test parameters and data so as to determine whether the design, development and production meet the goals. Pyrotechnics reaction time test method commonly use optical, acoustic and electrical P-t curve test method, but due to non-repeatability EED tests are usually applied separately to the above experiments, which has limitations.With the increasing demand for EED test, in order to analyze the output characteristics of the work product of the same firing parameters such as the relationship among delay time Td, the maximum pressure rising time Tm, the bridge wire fusing time Tr, the exposing time Tg and crackling time Ts, this article aims to improve the common EED testing methods, and build a sound and light integrated testing system, which can effectively avoid the non-repeatability of EED testing, reduce the traditional test hardware structures, and reduce the cost of experiments.This thesis studies and discusses the principle of commonly used optical, acoustic and electrical P-t curve method applied in pyrotechnics reaction time test method. It describes the knowledge of EED and EED test, the basic principles of the photoelectric effect, the basic principles of acoustic-electric effect, piezoelectric strain test method and test method used in the P-t curve method. And it also introduces the basic knowledge of piezoelectric sensors and strain sensors.Through the analysis of traditional testing methods, in order to achieve the integrated test for testing the characteristics of EED, it describes an improved sound and light integrated testing of the system and its implementation. In order to establish the foundation establish, we primarily improved the closed bomb vessel, sound and light sensors for synchronous acquisition of various sensor signals. As the collection of information throughout the system is more critical, the paper will focus on the function parameters and interface function data acquisition card, and the use of interface functions to achieve data acquisition software.Finally, through the conjunctive use of sound and light test system and the P-t curve system in this paper, the A-type point fusehead tested the reaction time, 20 sets of data are obtained through the analysis of the data, which draws the final conclusion. This article is also based on the test system during process and analyzes the shortcomings and its advancement.
