By “Border Town Sceneway Gardenâ€( Phase 2 area 1) villa intelligent high-definition video surveillance project to study the actual building intelligent building design and implementation of high-frequency monitoring system monitoring.In this paper, combined with my company in recent years to the construction of “Border Town Sceneway Garden†video surveillance as an example, discusses the key technology of video monitoring system, based on the multimedia coding standard MPEG-4 and H.264, the key algorithms of MPEG-4 video coding are studied in emphasis, especially technology video object extraction, in-depth study and solve a series of practical problems, presents the realization method of HD video coding.Secondly, because the monitor sites of “Border Town Sceneway Garden†HD video surveillance system is fixed, so the image in the background is basically the same, but only requires the active image is very clear and do not ask for the background image. So the use of the watershed(watershed) algorithm is relatively combination. Practical application of the method set forth herein, is to be the background image after the XOR operation, so that the background image after the XOR operation result after the gray value of 0, so that the image is extremely simplified, and therefore relatively easy to get a watershed. Thus simplifying the watershed segmentation algorithm complexity. This is the “Border Town Sceneway Garden†project unique and innovative technology.Third, based on the study of the basic theory and key techniques of MPEG-4, and presents the method of realizing MPEG-4 video encoding software. Which focuses on digital video coding method of MPEG-4.For the problem of background storage capacity of HD video surveillance is too large, we study and solve in maintaining high definition image contrast, the storage capacity is greatly compressed this high technical difficulty. |
