As the most important subsystems in the all system of the vehicle, the electronics steering system is able to strive to achieve the goals. Compared with the traditional hydraulic power system(HPS), the electronics steering power assist system(EPS) can save more fuel consumption( at least 5%), it has a lots of advantages such like energy saving,more comfortable,more compact more structure and more safe,which is the direction of the automotive steering system design.Automotive electric power steering system(Electric Power Steering System, also referred to as EPS) is a new automotive electronic technology, which replaces the hydraulic power transmission mode steering operation is completed through the use of motor assisted steering assembly approach. Electric power steering control system to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity does not change, improve steering portability, maneuverability, high efficiency, and ensure safe maneuvering at high speed, thus truly unified in the energy and automobile security and stability. China’s domestic electric power steering system started late, technical and production lags behind many foreign countries.Based on the current form of vehicle failure to analyze the structure of the system in-depth analysis and try to establish the mechanical model, while the steering system control strategies were studied and analyzed in simple terms, due to the presence of the mechanical part of the gap or friction compensated calculations, based on this,we selected TMS3230F2812-DSP-Texas Instruments as the core hardware platform architecture for permanent magnet synchronous motor field oriented control strategy simulation conducted in-depth research, designed around the driver and protection circuits, power circuit, control circuit, CAN communication circuit; For the software part of the master chip combines the functions and resources of the vehicle in accordance with the foregoing requirements are calculated according to the basic functional requirements and design parameters of the signal position solver, the torque signal solver, AD signal the acquisition, the occurrence of the PWM signal, speed brushless motor position is defined, the program design CAN network communications under CCS2(Code Composer Studio Version 2.0)Development environment designed a line fault diagnosis system and code editing, while BP neural network controller based on the self-diagnosis has also been designed in end of this article to build a test bench for the design of hardware and software has been verified.And validated field-oriented control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is safe and reliable. The closed-loop control system has a fast response and high precision, application development for the electric power steering with a permanent magnet synchronous motor control system to provide a reference. |
