The solar energy took one kind clean, renewable energy, has received the widespread attention. The use of solar energy is of great significance to social progress and development. Solar steam generators has a series of advantages, such as inexpensive, high absorption heat and clean. By which the conversion efficiency of potential energy and the conversion efficiency of thermal-to-electric energy can be investiged. However, conventional steam generator had low efficiency, Due to the forced circulation evaporation system had high efficiency, a pulsed miniature steam power generation technology(PMSPG) is feasible in the practical application of thermoelectric conversion.Based on the principle of forced circulation, a pulsed miniature steam power generation technology(PMSPG) was studied, which was employed to experimental study on the thermal-to-electric energy conversion. A steam generator, forced injection system, turbo generators, control systems and sealing systems mandatory included in the system.Firstly, theoretical model of the power generation technology(PMSPG) was established and analyzed. a pulsed miniature steam power generation technology(PMSPG) cycle theory were studied.Secondly, the experimental power generation technology(PMSPG) system was developed. The corresponding testing system was set up, by which the conversion efficiency of potential energy(CEOPE) and the conversion efficiency of thermal-to-electric energy(CEOTE) can be investiged. Steam generator was designed, forced injection system was build and tested, turbines was devised, Forced control system was devised, Sealing system was devised.Finally, the conversion efficiency of potential energy(CEOPE) and the conversion efficiency of thermal-to-electric energy(CEOTE) have been analyzed by the corresponding experiments. The impact on efficiency to be tested. Combined with the actual situation, The results show that the 3kW of heat input, 50 ml water injection and start-up temperature of 200 are the best conditions.℃ The results show that the power generation technology(PMSPG) system can transfer thermal to electric energy efficiency. The conversion efficiency of potential energy(CEOPE) was more than 45%, the maximum conversion efficiency of thermal-to-electric energy(CEOTE) was found to be 45% and the average conversion efficiency of thermal-to-electric energy(CEOTE) was determined to be 13.3 %.A pulsed miniature steam power generation technology(PMSPG) is one of the feasible way for miniature Concentrating Solar Power.
