Solar energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy. The use of solar energy is of great significance to social progress and development. Solar-thermal power generation is an important direction of the solar energy utilization. Among the thermoelectric conversion devices, solar steam generator has a series of advantages like low cost, high heat and clean. The steam generator has naturally become an important feasible thermoelectric conversion method. Compared with the traditional steam generator, conversion efficiency of forced circulation evaporation system thermoelectric is higher, which means thermal energy can be more effectively made use of. Therefore the impulsed miniature steam power generation technology is chosen as a feasible way of thermoelectric conversion.1. The principle of impulsed miniature steam genera tor has been studied. Circulation principle of impulse miniature steam generator was Mainly researched, and then the initial conditions was changed to study the influence on the efficiency of steam generator. Compared with immersive steam generator, impulsed steam generator is of higher thermoelectric conversion efficiency. The performance of the impulsed steam generator was analysed. At the same time the principle of the design of steam generator and turbine was studied.2. A set of experimental device for miniature steam generating system was set up. The experimental apparatus, including a steam generator, a forced water supply system, a turbine generating system, and a forced control system. Thermoelectric conversion efficiency is measured under the co ntinuous working condition by the device to verify its feasibility.3. Conducted the experiment of system efficiency under continuous working mode, and won the best operation parameters. First, potential energy conversion efficiency and thermoelectric conversion efficiency was measured under the condition of 50 mL water injection, 200℃ start temperature and 3kW heating power. And then experiment analysis and comparison under different conditions was carried out. Eventually the optimal average thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the impulsed miniature steam generator in the laboratory arrived at 13.54% under the condition of 3kW heating power,200℃ start temperature,60 mL water injection and cycle length of 200.6s.4. Research of micro steam pulse power system whose turbine has been improved was done. The original turbine structure has been optimized, including leaf blades, nozzle and inlet, which makes the thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the system from 13.54% to 21.55% on average. Good results have been achieved.
