| Power grid integrated data network is the support network for the informatization of the power grid, which bears all the information services of the power system. Power grid integrated data network scale is usually very large, the network topology and the business is more complex. The network consists of multiple autonomous region including several thousand routers and switchers with running a variety of network protocols. Due to the lack of effective diagnostic and simulation environment, it is hard to guarantee the reliability, router fault entirely depend on manual troubleshooting, business interruption have high risks. Develop an integrated data network parallel simulation system simulate the real network by establishing the same topology and network configuration parameters, researchers can get impacts on existing network features and business when adjust the network topology, router operation, configuration or update link parameter, researchers can also make appropriate evaluation about network planning. It is an important means to improve the efficiency of network maintenance, reduce the risk of network security and reliability.This thesis selects NS3 as network simulation tool for power grid integrated data network. In this thesis, according to the characteristics of NS3, combined with the demand on power grid integrated data network simulation system application, mainly to solve three key issues: 1) adopt parallel mechanism to improve the efficiency of system simulation; 2) build network topology automatically according to the real network condition; 3) simplify the network parameters and simulation tasks configuration through visual dialog.The main research of this thesis and achievements include: First, design and implement a parallel simulation solution based on NS3. In the existing research papers home and abroad, we did not find an effective solution. Second, for multiple data centers specific application in power grid integrated data network, this thesis proposes a task-based computation balanced network partitioning algorithm, compared to KL algorithm can significantly improve the simulation efficiency. Third, design and implement a network topology editor, it can conveniently and effectively edit network topology and configure network parameters, it also supports manually and automatically construct network. On the basis of constructing valid network topology, this system can simulate power grid integrated data network traffic. Fourth, design and implement a complete power grid integrated data network parallel simulation system in the cluster environment. Integrated visualization subsystem, parallel simulation subsystem and database, have network editor, network configuration, parallel simulation, and other functions in this system. Fifth, select a real power grid integrated data network as background, through the design of different simulation tasks, different assignments, different parallel simulation node number, test and evaluate the performance of parallel simulation system from multiple angles. |
