With our country rural power grid renovation is complete, the scale of rural power network, equipment, power grid management object in the operation also will increase, the grid management is more complex, all kinds of traditional is given priority to with artificial or early simple rural power grid based on computer, communication network management model has far cannot meet the requirements of power grid enterprise modernization management, at the same time, the existing means of communication, such as GPRS, single carrier communication due to the geographical location, such as reliability, stability and efficiency of restrictions are not good for the modernization of rural power grid. So safe and efficient operation management of rural power distribution network is becoming the rural power grid operation enterprises is an important task.Based on the analysis of the current main network management technology, the research of SNMP, LTE and DL/T645 agreement, on the basis of SNMP and DL/T645 protocol support, starting from the actual situation of rural power grid, combining with the current mature of LTE in the fourth generation of wireless communication technology, the use of micropower wireless communications and power line carrier communication technology to design a kind of rural power grid management framework based on the SNMP protocol. The framework adopts the county-level power supply company center management server, LTE agent in the custody of a three-layer centralized terminal equipment and power line carrier network management architecture, through the 4G LTE agent equipment and Internet interconnection and interaction of information using SNMP and center management server, at the same time, through the power line carrier or micropower wireless way using SNMP protocol to supervise and control the power line carrier terminal.Based on the research of TD-LTE protocol, the SNMP protocol and DL/T645, on the basis of detailed analysis of the rural power grid management requirements, and management based on SNMP and Web management technology to establish the general management of rural power grid management end and acting equipment management information database; Design the embedded SNMP coding protocol stack, including associated with SNMP decoding unit; According to the design of communication strategy implements communication system based on the heart; Using AdventNet SNMP API implements the SNMP Get, Set news operation, and the Trap message processing; Finally using Microsoft ASP.NET programming technology, the use of DevExpress third-party components developed based on the SNMP protocol and WBM technology of rural power grid management system is the main management software, completed the Manager the remote acquisition, remote control, billing management, configuration management, fault management and network management function module design.The application has been preliminary applied in power bureau of Mei County of Shaanxi Province, to achieve the design goal of the system, basically meet the needs of users, to solve the current problems existing in the rural power grid management. Through the practical application shows that the system has good adaptability, expansibility and stability, and in the modernization of rural power grid management has the certain promotion value.
