With the continuous development of economy, industrial production and life for the environment pollution is more and more big, the possibility that caused the pollution of power transmission and transformation equipment is becoming more and more high, with the increasing of demand at the same time, also more and more high, transmission line voltage grade of power grid pollution flashover accident once its security and economic losses caused by becoming more and more incalculable. In order to solve this problem, scholars at home and abroad in the new technology, new technology of power transmission and transformation equipment under the lead of the filth of the monitor did a lot of effort and try, our country also to formulate the corresponding national standards in the field, but because our country industrial and economic development, the environmental pollution caused by increasing, the existing power transmission and transformation equipment, monitoring method and not effective to realize real-time monitoring data of line cleaning and the division of pollution level there is a certain problem. It is in this background, this paper USES the light sensor technology to design a set of transmission lines salt monitoring device, use the GSM network, remote data transmission system was established for on-line monitoring of insulator filth, made a beneficial attempt to improve the safety and reliability of the power grid, to ensure the stable operation of the transmission line is of great importance and practical value.At first, this paper determines the background and significance of project development, pollution prevention work at home and abroad and the present situation has carried on the thorough analysis and discussion; Then combined with the actual situation of sichuan power grid, has been clear about the function requirements of system development; Then under the guidance of software requirements, the system should have the basic function of according to the thought of modular design and detailed design; Finally with the support of sichuan electric power company completed the system development and testing work, and in the field has obtained the satisfactory results of actual test, meet the system requirements of the proposed requirements.The monitoring system can real-time monitor the change of the insulator salt sludge, and automatic real-time dynamic electronic pollution to distinguish the layout drawing, stable performance, high reliability, maintenance, construction is convenient. The monitoring system of innovative: use "light sensor", based on a new type of optical principle for equipment real-time online measurement play a key role, realize online real-time monitoring of salt density measurement shall not be obliged to power transmission and transformation equipment, ways to overcome the traditional power operation, trouble arduous and complex services. This system to realize the real-time, on-line and automatic detection, remote control, intelligent monitoring, to improve the limitation and the purpose of real-time monitoring and on line production management, safe operation and maintenance is of great significance, is simple, accurate and real-time online monitoring of salt density and real-time dynamic electronic pollution to distinguish the layout drawing automatically provides a scientific and effective method.This system USES JAVA language development, using MySQL database as the data storage platform, and use the GSM network to realize remote data reliable transmission, the whole structure is complete, stable performance, on-line monitoring system for transmission line has made very good improve and supplement. On the other hand system monitoring software on the design of flexible configuration, good improves the user interaction experience and system flexibility.
