Oil contamination is the key factor to make the hydraulic system go wrong and to reduce the work life of the hydraulic system, and what's more, the current way of measuring oil contamination has lots of faults, such as long-period, high-cost, complicated and the acquisition of measuring information largely depends on human being. To overcome these problems, after analyzing the theory of the oil contamination control and online monitoring system, the online oil contamination monitoring system is designed based on MCGS. Filter membrane is the sensor element, and the system is based on constant energy silting method with the computer application on measuring and monitoring.The theory of oil contamination control and monitoring and measuring instrument is studied in the disquisition, and the constant energy silting method is proposed. When the oil gets through the constant volume in constant energy, the pressure difference is detected to get the contaminated degree indirectly. The scheme of the system is confirmed in the mass, and the principle of the online oil contamination monitoring and measuring system is also explained in the paper.The monitor on-line software platform of oil pollution is designed by MCGS to operate the movement of electromagnet and the rotation of rotary gauge head, collect and store the pressure difference data, proceed digital filter and extremum disposal for the data, realize overrun warning function, present detection outcome report of degree of contamination.The oil of criteria contaminated degree is used in the calibrated experiment, and the mathematic model of the contaminated degree is fixed on. Then, the experiment is operated with the actual oil in the system to improve the validity of the mathematic model. The system is rather adaptive, flexible andextendable.
