| The rapid development of information technology has brought the world the unprecedented change in the new century. The abilities of fast information acquisition, transmission and utilization are vital for both military and civilian uses. Satellite and aerostat, which are advanced information acquisition, transmission and utilization platforms, got great development these years. Using imaging satellite and aerostat in reconnaissance will achieves advantages such as quick, agile and so on. If it is wanted to make a more efficient and profit use of satellite and aerostat in imaging reconnaissance operations, a necessary work is planning fine action sequences for the platforms. Hence, corresponding task planning technique should be researched. Platforms are used and planned independently, without cooperation, in performing reconnaissance tasks at present. However, by analysis, it was clear that using satellite and aerostat, which are different type platforms, to perform a cooperative reconnaissance task can obtain several merits. And it is feasible. In this paper, a staged task planning method was put forward to solve the task planning problem of satellite and aerostat cooperative reconnaissance. The satellite and aerostat cooperative task planning was divided into three stage that are task clustering, task groups allocation and task scheduling. Firstly a hierarchical clustering algorithm was used in task clustering by which several task groups would be produced. Secondly the planning model of task group allocation which was to build connections between task groups and resources was introduced. At last, a mixed integer planning model used in task scheduling was modeled as well as a corresponding particle optimize algorithm was introduced. By task scheduling all tasks would finally be allocated to the specific platforms. The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and efficient. |
