In modern warfare, Satellite surveillance has become taken a more important role in of national military intelligence collection and is an key part of Army Battle Command System. Reconnaissance satellite which have larger coverage area could almost real-time access to intelligence regardless of frontiers and geographical conditions. Military imaging satellites mainly collect the ground target intelligence, using imaging device installed in satellite. Through the analysis, the information is processed to identify the feature of targets. Because more and more high-resolution imaging satellite, which features a growing need for people to pay attention threat. For thus reason, ways to anti-satellite-surveillance attract more and more all the world’s attention.In response to threats of foreign imaging reconnaissance satellites to our country, this article established a Threat Assessment Model of Reconnaissance Satellite for Ground Target researching and analysing prediction of those satellite orbit track, and forecast the safe time to our key target. At the same time, we need to take effective counter-surveillance camouflage measures.The main work of this article includes three parts:a. Construction of the Threat Assessment Model of Reconnaissance Satellite to Ground Target. Through the battlefield threat assessments, we need extract threat factors from optical reconnaissance satellites. In order to establish a relationship between the discovery target probability and the threat factors, this paper, using the AHP, establish a threat assessment model for estimating satellite ground reconnaissance.b. Satellite orbit toolkit (STK) secondary development. Matlab could design orbit prediction software, using Simplified General Perturbations version4(SGP4) orbit prediction model, by interfaces of STK. Military reconnaissance satellites’two line element (TLE) are non-public. To break this restriction, this paper proposed a numerical method to match the two-line orbital element including the drag term, and predict orbit track.c. Research on camouflage color extraction algorithm. For satellite reconnaissance threaten regional, a camouflage design algorithm has been proposed which focus on color clustering based on color chromaticity histogram with non-supervision and global optimality.Currently, the three aspects of work have been basically completed. The model was constructed to estimate the threat. The estimation of TLE can fit lkm forecast accuracy and a software to predict overhead time has been completed.This color clustering algorithm designed automatically to identify the number of colors distributed in the image, and its clustering results are stable after several executions.
