| The increasing incidence of the high-rise building fire accident has caused much attention from country and people. As everyone knows, once fire happens in the high-rise building, people trapped in the high-level building will be very difficult to escape. Even if there is a chance to escape, it will take a lot of risk.So instead of a risk of escape, it would be better to hide in a relatively safe place to wait for the rescue.So people would be rather than stay in a relatively safe place to wait for rescue, not adventure to escape.The Domestic Fire Refuge Cabin just can provide such a relatively place,for the rescue of trapped persons to fight for valuable time.This paper first introduces the severe situation of domestic fire, put forward to the household fire refuge compartment thoughts based on mine refuge chamber. Then taking refuge cabin temperature and oxygen as the controlled object, introduces the PID control, fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control strategy detailedly, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of different control strategies, Then using MATLAB software to make a simulation for the PID control, fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control, The results show that the fuzzy PID control can meet the control requirements, which are better than the other two kind of control algorithm in the aspect of settling time, steady-state error and overshoot. Therefore, we finally choose to use fuzzy PID control scheme in this paper.Based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm, we designed the intelligent control system with higher flexibility and reliability, which can perform more complex data processing and the complex control functions. The MCU does the intelligent computing according to input signal of the controlled quantities, gets control value and output trigger pulse signals, through driving circuit model to drive and control the solenoid valve and fan for adjusting the temperature and oxygen content in the cabin, so that the internal environment of refuge cabin can be maintained in a state of dynamic equilibrium. Finally, through the simulation of fire test, further verify the reliability and robust of the refuge compartment system under fuzzy PID control strategy; The experimental results show that it has strong adaptability to the two order inertial delay model, which control effect shows that the system has fast-response, smaller overshoot, and small steady-state error. The control system based on fuzzy PID control algorithm has a real intelligence and flexibility such as automatic detection, real-time data acquisition, processing and control functions, and control accuracy is relatively high. |
