High voltage module that is low power and high precision often is used in medical instruments, ion accelerator, and safety test in the field of electronic equipment. The kind of high voltage module requires both high precision and adjustable voltage. In addition, it is asked for small volume, light weight, fast response speed, good stability, high reliability, etc. By the continuous development of electronic technology, the use of high accuracy and high pressure module will be more widely applied in various fields of research and development, for example production, testing, acceptance, troubleshooting and so on. Various types of electronic systems will put forward higher and higher requirements to high voltage signal, such as the precision of frequency, the amplitude accuracy, signal amplitude range, signal form, phase noise index parameters. In order to adapt to the development trend of modern electronic technology, this subject combines signal synthesis technology to complete the high accuracy voltage generating module design.High precision voltage module is a kind of high precision signal source. It is main function of producing adjustable square wave signal, dc signal, and the corresponding output frequency of the trigger signal. Combined with the subject index, this paper discusses mainly from the signal synthesis and signal conditioning. How to develop reasonable synthesis scheme by signal synthesis technology is the core content of the design. In preliminary experiment, I tried to use high precision DAC output directly and transistor structures to realize the high voltage square wave output. Although the basic function had been realized, there were still some defects. So on the basis of summarizing the previous experience, I improved a new signal synthesis solution by using DDS direct digital way. On the other hand, signal conditioning mainly realizes signal amplitude of a wide range of dynamic adjustment and the signal amplitude of the sample feedback. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) Designing and implement the signal synthesis module: make use of arbitrary wave synthesis technology and adopt digital signal synthesis thinking to develop a reasonable waveform synthesis scheme. In addition, the design of filter module is to reduce the noise.(2) The design and realization of signal conditioning module: take advantage of multistage amplifiers as well as fixed signal amplitude attenuation circuit to satisfy requirements. To design the corresponding feedback signal sampling circuit, ensure the accuracy of signal. And power module is designed for the various parts of system.(3) Designing and implementing control module: use ARM and FPGA, implementation of the hardware platform control, as well as the upper machine communication.In the end, paper not only shows the test result of this high precision voltage module, but also summarizes the achievements and disadvantages of this design, putting forward the corresponding improvements.
