Zig Bee technology is a wireless communication technology characterized by low power consumption, low transfer speed, near communication distance, low complexity and low cost. This technology is widely used for data transferring by wireless communication equipment with low power consumption such as agricultural and industrial application.There are several disadvantages for the traditional service mode in bank for customers with artificial queuing management. It generally handicaps the development of the bank. Based on Zig Bee technology, this thesis implements an advanced automated queuing and calling system. Such system effectively improves the service quality and raises the enterprise image. Moreover, the system can facilitate the distribution of the statistical business, mine the customer potential, and reasonably arrange the customer services. Thus it reduced the waiting time of the customers and improved the efficiency of the dealing.The Zig Bee based system can quickly know the queuing number of the customers and master the customers’ service needs. Customers need not waste lots of time to apply service. The bank provides an automated and standardized service mode which simplify the bank’s business processed, and improve the service level and work efficiency.Based on the TI’s IC CC2430, we design and develop a queuing and calling system that satisfies the banks’ general needs. The main contents of the thesis are:1. Studied the shortcomings of traditional bank queuing system and proposed a Zig Bee based bank queuing and calling system.2. Based on the CC2430 chip, designed the Zig Bee node of the system.3. Studied and designed the function architectures the system.4. Detail analyzed and studied the communication relationships between the Zig Bee nodes and the PC. Finally, we implemented the bank queuing and calling system. |
