Aerospace camera is a precise optical instrument, being used for photographing space scenes. It has a long focal length and a high resolution. The stability of its structure needs to sustain the vibration and impact during the emission and return process and the hostile environment in the space. Hence, the ultrahigh resolution and the stable mechanical structure are significant for the development of camera system. For this system with high aberration, it is especially important to control the aberration when assembling it-pinpointing every optical element. Mechanical structures equipped with convenient disassembly and guidable installation instructions can obviously improve the efficiency of alignment and reduce the period of camera development. This thesis mainly dealt with issues during the development of ultra-high resolution air-borne optical system. First, we commented on the value of the improvement strategy of the lens structure of the ultra-high resolution air-borne optical system. We then specially improved the defect of the current experiment platform, designed a new equipment for observation and test, analyzed the influence of eccentric of optics on aberrations, in order to precisely guide the alignment. Finally, we designed a computer-assisted alignment procedure. The pixel of this procedure can reach as high as 20 million, meeting the requirement of design. In the end, we presented the design of low glare symmetric LED street lamp, performed the light distribution design on Lambert type light source, eliminated the dark area between two lighting LEDs, and improved the uniformity of street lights.
