This paper is divided into two parts, the first is research on compressor simulation system of gas compressor station and the second is research on restraining methods of compressor pipe vibration.Centrifugal compressor is one of the most important equipments in gas long-distance transmission pipeline. It’s management and daily operation occupies much time in compressor station daily work. But for the complex structure and employee turnover, the effect of compressor station’s training is not satisfied enough. The first part of thesis is intended to developing a kind of simulation and training system in compressor station, which would have great practical value.This part is beginning from the station staff’s view, and make points in display of structure and process. We make effort to study on a simulation and training system which is visual, vivid, and very easy to be understood. By on-site survey and information collection, we get the main process and the equipments’structure. Then pipeline and equipments modelled as real, the flowing fluid simulated in pipe, and all of this is combined with explanation. Also we make an exhibition of the centrifugal compressor structure. On this basis, in order to make the compressor station’s actual situation more distinct, we specify the branch and valve with dubbing. After tryout, responded well.For the advantages of pressure high and mature technology, reciprocating compressor is widely used in petrochemical industry. But because of the working form of piston, there’s a vibrating force in the pipeline connected, and safety is often threatened. So to research, this is a valuable area that how to restrain vibration in reciprocating compressor and its pipeline.The second part of thesis research on vibration mechanism and restraining methods by means of reviewing relative paper about pipeline vibration. Combined with the project example, we make effort to improve the combined degree with theory and practice. According to the large vibration of rich gas compressor and its pipeline, by on-site survey and mechanism analysis, we propose the scheme after stress and acoustic analysis. After reconstruction and trial run, the compressor runs well. |
