| Condensation assembly of parabolic trough type solar energy is constituted by reflective mirror, support structure, tracking and driving system. The support structure is the main load-bearing component of the solar thermal power system, and the main connecting parts between reflective mirror and tracking and driving system. Therefore it must have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the reliability, stability, safety and service life of the overall structure. In view of various types and complex structure of space truss structure, a relatively stable structure is needed to be used as basic model structure for parametric operation in order to facilitate the modeling and analysis of truss support structure. Adopting Visual C++ and the secondary development function of ANSYS, the automatic parametric modeling and analysis can be completed, which reduces the workload and shortens design period for designers. And it provides a new research method for support structure of trough type solar energy, accompanying with doing some practical work for promoting the development of solar thermal power industrialization in our country. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Establishing the relationship between truss support structure and reflective mirror about size parameters of quantitative structure, adopting the secondary development functions of the finite element analysis software-ANSYS, command texts of truss support structure of trough type solar energy are compiled by using APDL(programming language of parametric design), and the implementation of parametric function is verified in ANSYS.(2) The parametric modeling and numerical analysis software platform of truss support structure of trough type solar energy is designed by virtue of software development function of Visual C++, in which parameters input and image output interfaces are created. It provides a convenient way to set and modify the parameters for modeling and numerical analysis.(3) By creating the interface between Visual C++ and ANSYS to realize background calling ANSYS batch, users only need to design corresponding parameters in the window so that modeling, analysis and generation of results can be accomplished automatically, which realize full automation.(4) Selecting a dimensional model for numerical analysis is to do deep analysis. Parametric analysis platform realizes conveniently and rapidly auxiliary design method for modeling and mechanical analysis in this paper. At the same time, it provides reference and guidance for the enterprise’s product design and improvement, solves practical problems, and has good economic value and social benefit. It also provides references and ideas for other forms of supporting structure of the condenser. |
