Most of the mechanical seal device is used in the shaft sealing device, the most critical sealing element in moving seal. It carried out in the drive shaft of the high-speed rotation may vibrate, deform, causing wear of the seal faces, thus affecting its sealing performance. But the mechanical seal system with helical grooves, because the pressure and the external pressure generated shear flow generated by the rotation of the flow opening force is formed, will make dynamic and static ring separation to produce a thin film of oil. Lubricating oil film can play a role, so that you can reduce the wear of the seal faces, to increase the mechanical seal life, reduce production costs.In this paper, through the analysis and study of mechanical seal faces, and using APDL language and VisualC + + program editor software to build mechanical seal face spiral groove is formed three-dimensional model in ANSYS. And the friction face mechanical seal face ring, the fluid film as a basis for its dynamic characteristics analysis, the state of each vibration mode different modal model deformation curve, the natural frequency and the stress-strain curve as well pressure situation. Dynamic characteristics and the number of slots of different helical groove analysis results were analyzed, the impact of stress concentration causes. Finally, through the CFD film were analyzed under different conditions, different speeds, medium pressure, the dynamic pressure of the liquid film distribution, the total pressure distribution was analyzed, and the impact on the amount of leakage to analyze the film’s performance.
