| With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,people request the road for more safety and comfort.With the improvement of the living standard,our countrys car ownership is growing,frequent traffic congestion and traffic accidents with coming,people want to improve safety and service level of the road became more urgent.In this context,color pavement and anti-skid pavement,which improve the safety and comfort of the road,are getting popular.There are different kind of color pavement,such as color asphalt mixture,color emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat and color anti-skid surfacing.The applications show that there are shortages in these three kinds of color pavement,hard to control the quality,poor anti-contamination,poor weathering and easy cracking,maybe it is because its own characteristics,construction technology or other reasons,it restrict the application and popularization of color pavement.According to the above situation,we are going to use MMA as the raw materials to find a new kind of cement,and study the application of the color pavement which use the cement as adhesive,relying on the specific project in this paper.First of all,chose the right crosslinking agent and crosslinking resin according to the properties and reaction conditions of the cement.Then,chose a initiator system according to the trigger temperature range,chose a crosslinking resin and monomer,prepare the matrix resin with the ratio of 1:1,find out the type and the proportion of the initiator system by study the degree and the efficiency of the polymerization at the same and different temperature;find out the melting point and the adding ratio of the oxygen separant-paraffin wax by study the surface curing effect.Use three kinds of crosslinking resin,all of which have high viscosity and good low-temperature flexibility,mix with different monomers to get 12 different formula of matrix resin,test the tensile performance and low temperature flexibility of this 12,R5-4 formula is the best.The construction technology of the MMA color anti-skid surfacing is paving the mixture,because of its own particularity,its aggregate is difficult to form an effective gradation.In this study,we consider the effects of the pigment,the filler and the aggregate separately,by studying how the amount of the filler influence tensile strength and the elongation at break of the cement,decide the maximum amount of filler is 50%,the adhesion property and shear property of the cement at the maximum amount can meet the specification requirements;find out the fine aggregate proportion by fluidity test;find out the aggregate proportion by studying how the proportion of the wear-resistant aggregate influence the anti slip performance and the abrasion resistance of the color anti-skid surfacing.Based on the"BRT pilot project in Nanning city",the research studied the key factors affecting the quality of MMA color anti-skid surfacing:the surface treatment,temperature,humidity and etc,find the reasonable surface treatment and the effective control indicators of the temperature and humidity,finally formed a construction guide of MMA color anti-skid surfacing,provide guidance for details and control the section of the construction process of anti-skid surfacing,to ensure the construction quality of MMA color anti-skid surfacing effectively. |
