Due to its geographical topography, hydrogeological conditions, restricting the natural human environment, reservoir road area is a more complex project environment compared to the general road construction. The stability of reservoir road is not only by the nature of the impact, the slope in the form of rock, but also by the impact of constantly reservoir’s level. And if it is prone to instability treatment,it will be improper destruction. This paper uses numerical methods FLAC3 D simulated changes in the reservoir area of highway slope stability in different conditions, and the use of stable repository slope during rapid drawdown FLAC3 D establish fluid-solid coupling model, the strength reduction obtained coefficient of variation and potential failure modes of change. According to the results of slope stability simulations presented Reinforcement for recommendations Reservoir slope of the actual project has a certain significance. This paper made the following research conclusion:(1) Analyzing the water level at the time of decline, establishing the non-steady flow equation, the body of the reservoir water saturation line and slope dips descent impact on slope stability. The studies have shown that: long-term high-water dip after the water to greet the slope is the most unfavorable, mainly saturated slope of the body a chance to dissipate pore water pressure, due to the formation of the outer slope seepage and infiltration occurred in the high line, poorer perm eability than clayey soil on the steep slope.(2) Taking advantage of the FLAC3 D software to establish the numerical models, using strength reduction to study the effects of different conditions of water level fluctuation, especially when the reservoir level dips, changes in slope stability. The results show that: during construction of the main subject, the reservoir road slope stability is depend on the form of self-respect and slope affect the slope of the soil. the The normal water penetration of reservoir road slope due to the action of water safety factor often can be improved; After the water level dips occur, the safety factor decreases rapidly. In after grading and riprap reinforcement, again reservoir highway slope stability of different conditions were simulated, the results show that the safety factor has been greatly improved, to ensure the normal operation of the highway.(3) I analyzed the changes in the water level dips during the safety factor of the slope. Studies have shown that: In this process, the safety factor as the water level drops at first and then decrease slightly and increase trend, The most dangerous place in the water level, slope horizontal displacement, vertical displacement, the overall displacement reaches the maximum. Since late in the slope water discharge, high external water level and slope formation of difference, so that the lower slope and toe outward, "cut out" of the potential damage, slope stability at this time is the worst.(4) FLAC3 D for use by grading and riprap Reservoir reinforcement of Slope after the stability of the different conditions were simulated, The results showed that: After Reinforcement for different conditions of its safety factor has been greatly improved, but the upper part of local instability may occur, should take the necessary measures. For high and steep slope affected by the reservoir water is recommended grading and riprap reinforcement and subgrade reinforcement and perform the upper water level below the slope protection; for severely affected by the flooding of the reservoir water embankment, can be retaining wall reinforcement, and should pay attention to set the drainage system.
