A new Swedish SCANFLASH 1200 kV pulse X-ray photography equipment was introduced to explosion laboratory in the institute. Electronic negative has been applied in the equipment, and test recording information of the negative can be read freely on the dedicated computer. Because the negative is very expensive and scarce, thus the defense of the new electronic negative is very important. According to the characteristic of X-ray test and environmental conditions in explosion laboratory, the electronic negative of protectoral equipment based on single pendulum in the blast test will be designed in the paper.The imaging system included the electronic negative were carried out theoretical analysis in the paper. And use finite element analysis software to finish the optimal design study. The Finite element model of the electronic negative of protectoral equipment based on single pendulum was established in the blast test. The equipment of protection from flat structure and curved structure were investigated in detail on the different blast loading. According to the calculate results, the equipment of protection was designed and manufactured finally. The verification test about the imaging system resistant to blast was completed in explosion laboratory. In this paper, some results and conclusions provide a basis for the design of protectoral structure to blast loading.
