This article obtains from the analysis of aircraft manufacturing coordination ways, a model of a certain period of assembly, for example, digital quantity coordination study.Based on the analysis of aircraft assembling coordination technology at home and abroad on the basis of the research on the analog and digital measurement, coordination of their respective characteristics and transmission principle. According to the size of the transfer tail plane and elevator node, for example, by analyzing the size error accumulation and computation, created the analog coordination and digital quantity under the coordination of coordinate error ratio, and mathematical reasoning and partial verification, clear digital quantity coordination technology within the scope of the processing precision than analog coordination technology has more reasonable the size of the transfer function. Through a model flat tail docking with the fuselage assembly coordination scheme formulation and analysis, the combination of coordination and digital analog quantity coordination to coordinate method, determine the docking assembly sequence and coordinated control of the key technical parameters and coordination size requirements.
