| Dimension control technology of wing motion mechanism is the key technology to ensure the interchange and coordination between wing moving surface and wing fixed surface in wing development.It is especially important for the flight quality and quality of aircraft.Traditionally,the interchange and coordination between movable wing surface and fixed wing surface is influenced by two-dimensional design and product measurement methods,and the coordination method combining simulation and empirical values is often used.The interchangeability between the movable wing surface and the fixed wing surface assembled by this coordinated method is poor,and the positioning accuracy cannot guarantee.This paper mainly studies the following contents:(1)Digital assembly coordination design of aircraft wing mechanism.In order to realize the assembly coordination and tolerance control of the wing motion mechanism,it is necessary to design the coordination route and method and adjust the assembly-positioning datum according to the tolerance control requirements.Starting from the assembly process,the tolerance analysis of dimension control is carried out for the manufacturing and assembly process benchmarks and key components of the main components of an aircraft wing,i.e.inner flaps and trailing aileron structures,which lays the foundation for the tolerance analysis of wing digital assembly coordination.(2)Simulation and optimization of assembly coordination tolerance of large passenger wing motion mechanism.Based on the coordination method and assembly datum of wing motion mechanism,assembly tolerance model is built by 3D dimension tolerance simulation analysis method,and coordination and tolerance simulation analysis is carried out.Based on the simulation results,the assembly accuracy and assembly rate is analyzed.At the same time,based on the influence factors,the main out-of-tolerance parts is positioned,and the out-of-tolerance parts are optimized and adjusted before assembly.Quantitative simulation and analysis to achieve size control.It provides a reference for the actual assembly of wing motion mechanism.(3)Digital assembly coordination technology validation for large aircraft wing.Based on the above-mentioned assembly coordination design and tolerance analysis of wing motion mechanism,the assembly suggestions given by digital assembly coordination tolerance simulation are used to carry out actual assembly production,and the actual data of wing motion mechanism assembly are collected.The assembly process plan and measurement requirements for inner flaps and aileron structure assembly are formulated,and the accuracy of key assembly characteristics,assembly qualification rate and key influence are counted.The actual assembly data such as factors are compared with the simulation results.The validity of the method presented in this paper is verified by the actual measurement data of one batch. |
