Power system does not allow the staff to be trained in a real running state, especially for some sudden or major accidents which used to be judged by the personal working experience of old workers. However, the running safety and stability of power system make the accident rate reduced, so the new operator in power system seldom run into it, that is to say, when they meet the sudden or major accident, they can not take the correct action quickly or lack the solved experience. Therefore developing a special real accident exercises system is very significant to improve the ability and technical to deal with the accident by operator.Since the dynamic information from distribution network system interact with the dispatcher, and their relationship can be taken as a game, therefore the thesis based on a game theory of Bayesian Nash equilibrium is applied to induce the trainers to deal with the dynamic accident which is emphasized on the dispatcher ploy, so it is required the system to simulate dynamic accident during the train. By the way of gathering the information form the distribution network over and over again make the trainer learn to chose a best way to deal with the accident gradually.The thesis also designs a accident exercises distribution network system based on typical real accident exercises. The function of the system included:1) The rendition and analysis about between the case of accident and trainers.2) The inquiry and selection of case. 3) The simulation of case and dynamic induction for dispatcher.4)The summary of accident simulation result and comprehensive assessment.The application of accident exercises distribution network system based on the game theory can help the trainers to get a lot of experiences in a relaxed environment, with a dynamic induction during the accident solving process by dispatcher, in addition to this, it can make the trainer faster to lean the principle of dealing with the accident, including the way and process, and it can also help the trainer to gain the experience, to define the weakness and load crux of distribution network system covering area which is responsible for dispatcher. From this, it can improve the trainer’s ability to deal with the accident effectively.
