Research On The Assembly Line Balancing Problem Of Aerospace Electronic Products

Assembly line production mode is an important organization form of modern large-scale industrial production. To improve the efficiency of assembly line can effectively promote the production, but also can improve the economic benefit. With the rapid development of aerospace industry, R & D and production task has become increasingly arduous,intra industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.So how to maximize the productivity, shorten the product development cycle, improve adapt ability and core competitiveness of the company, has become problems prseeing for solution for many aerospace companies.This paper takes a aerospace electronic products assembly workshop as the background, the workshop managers promote plant arrangement optimization,dredge production bottleneck and integrate product-plan information.These measures provides the hardware foundation and data support for the study on the transformation of mode of production assembly line.Firstly, based on the particularity of aerospace electronic products on detailed analysis, extract three kinds of assembly line balancing problem model about single type, mixed type and with human resource constraints. Secondly, according to the type of product and production plan characteristics of different model, using heuristic algorithm, genetic algorithm and CHC algorithm to solve these models, and using Lingo 11.0 software programming verification. According to the parameters and constraints of the model, and the size of variable size, It is advantage of discussing different calculation methods to expand the applicability of the model, can make the research contents of universal reference significance for aerospace research and production enterprise. Finally, we compare the effection of the model combined with the actual production data.The optimal balance ideas and methods that used in researching on the process of assembly line balancing problem. And it has better effect in releasing of the existing production capacity, optimizing the allocation of production resources, stimulating productivity.
