As the main production form of household appliances,assembly line brings more and more enterprises better benefits and stronger market competitiveness.On the basis of satisfying the presupposition and constraint conditions of assembly tasks,the assembly line balancing problem is to study how to allocate the limited task set to the assembly line station reasonably by optimizing relevant indexes.It is an indispensable link in the design and planning process of assembly line.At present,in the household appliance manufacturing enterprises,assembly line planners usually complete the assignment of assembly tasks based on experience,lacking theoretical analysis and data support,especially for the two-sided assembly lines commonly used by enterprises,that is,the assembly tasks are simultaneously performed on the workstations on both sides of the assembly line.The task distribution is more complicated,which is easy to produce uneven load of the station,low assembly efficiency and high assembly cost.To solve this kind of problem,the study starts from the solving algorithm for two-sided assembly line balancing problem,and then studies cost-oriented two-sided assembly line balancing problem of household appliances and multi-objective two-sided assembly line balancing problem of household appliances around the actual situation of household appliances assembly production,and finally develops an application system based on the research results.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the social cognitive theory,a hybrid social cognitive optimization algorithm is designed.By constructing a new decoding method,the design algorithm is used to solve the balancing problem of two-sided assembly line,and the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed solution algorithm was verified by experiments.(2)According to the actual situation of two-sided assembly line of enterprise household appliances,the cost objective function was established,and the basic mathematical model of the two-sided assembly line balancing problem is modified and expanded,which increases the consideration of task operation time volatility and additional constraints between tasks.In the new decoding method,the probability of completing the task within the specified time and the additional constraint conditions are added.The model and solution method are proved to be effective in obtaining the task assignment scheme of assembly line with low assembly cost.(3)Aiming at the three kinds of problems that are easy to occur in the two-sided assembly line of household electrical appliances production enterprises,such as uneven station load,low assembly efficiency and high assembly cost,a mathematical model of multi-objective balancing problem in the two-sided assembly line of household electrical appliances is constructed.Based on the design of hybrid social cognition optimization algorithm,the multi-objective solution idea is integrated.The experimental results show that the proposed task assignment scheme with low assembly cost,have less station load difference and higher assembly line efficiency.The Comparative experiments with the classical multi-objective optimization algorithm NSGA-II verify the advantages of the algorithm in solving such problems.(4)On the basis of the above research results,a set of balancing system for the assembly line of household electrical appliances is developed,and the system application is verified by an example of a washing machine barrel line in enterprise.
