At present, the target-seeking way of air defense missile usually use the method of radar guidance system, and the target to intercept is changing for the high speed maneuvering targets step by step. The missiles are always require seeker antenna to receive all the information in electromagnetic waves, so the seeker antenna can point to real goal, provide the missile real target motion information. But because of the influence of radome shape and material, its effect on refraction and reflection of electromagnetic wave have serious influence on measuring accuracy of seeker antenna, make it point to a false target direction, leading to the pointing error. The error varies with the incidence angle of radome when electromagnetic wave through, the rate is called the radome boresight error(BSE). Radome boresight error slope has a lot of negative effects on the stability of the missile guidance control system, when exceed certain limit will lead to the unstability of the missile system caused the miss.Usually the approach to solve the radome error’s influence on the guidance control system relies on improving the stability of the system error margin to make up for the radome slope margin loss caused, by increasing time constant of the system, and ensure the stability of the missile guidance control system. However, the cost of this solution will sacrifice the missile rapidity. When missile flying at high altitude, because of the missile dynamics coefficient is larger, the response of missile itself is relatively slow, if you still according to the traditional quickness in exchange for the stability of the system for missile radome to solve guidance control circuit for the design method, can seriously reduce the guidance precision. In system design, therefore, it is necessary to carry out radome boresight error slope compensation, while guarantee the stability of the system, quickening the system, so as to ensure the realization of system guidance precision index.In this paper, by studying the various radome boresight error compensation method, using air defense missile as the research target, through the search method of zero testing radome electric properties, on the basis of theoretical analysis, compensation model is established. Through digital simulation test and validation of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test, the compensation method has been proved to be effective and feasible.In this paper, the main work done:1)According to principle analysis of the radome boresight error slope affect on the guidance control system coupling circuit, point to the importance of compensation;2)Measure the radome electric properties, can it be used to verify the radome measuring curve fitting compensation model;3)Data fitting method is adopted to establish the radome boresight error free model;4)Through digital simulation and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test to verify the effectiveness of this method.
