| In the high-tech war,the high-precision guided weapon system is an important means to achieve the target precision strike,and the electrical performance of th e radome of the radar / seeker has an important impact on the operating distance and positioning accuracy of the weapon system.Using the radome electrical performance test system to test its electrical performance accurately and efficiently is an important part of the whole weapon system development process.Because the radome electrical performance test system generally does not have universality,it is necessary to design the hardware and software of the system according to the needs of users,so it is necessary to carry out the research and integration of the radome electrical performance test system.According to the actual needs of radome electrical performance test,this paper studies and discusses the integration technology of radome electrical perfo rmance test system.(1)The antenna positioner for radome large angle test is designed innovatively by means of superposition test,which solves the problem of radome large angle test.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of antenna electrical perf ormance,radome electrical performance and radome RCS(Radar Cross Section)test in the same microwave darkroom,a T-type guide rail switching device is designed,which realizes the flexibility between various test devices Switch.(2)Based on the analysis of the test index,the design of microwave subsystem of the radome electrical performance test system is completed,and the signal-to-noise ratio of the test system is analyzed in detail through the theoretical formula;according to the software engineering idea,the software module of the system is designed,and part of the software of the test system is completed.(3)Using the integrated radome electrical performance test system,the electrical performance,radome electrical energy and radome RCS are te sted for many times.The test data certification that the equipment and system has high repeatability and the test indexes meet the requirements.Through the research of this paper,many key problems are solved,and a set of multi-functional radome electrical performance test system is integrated.The test results are good,which can provide a good basis for the rapid detection and evaluation of radome electrical performance,and has a strong practical value. |
