| Missile liquid fuel injectors are the basis of accurate missile launch, existing missiles filling equipment cannot satisfy a variety of types of filling, also the problems of equipment remote control and condition monitoring made human factors increasing. The virtual instrument technology will be applied to missile filling online monitoring system and better to enhance the overall performance of the filling equipment.Starting from the study of the principle of filling equipment, this article carries on the whole hardware system design, the selection and layout of monitoring parameters, and the site selection of instrument module, etc. This article also uses the serial charging connector to meet the requirements of missile loaded with different diameters and filling speed and realizes the generalization of missile filling equipment. Giving full consideration to the conditions in the hardware system LabVIEW with wavelet denoising method is used to remove the noise interference. In software design part, by studying the principle and process of data collection and the basic theory and application of virtual instrument technology, the LabVIEW software will be used as the development of monitoring platform software. The software uses the powerful graphical programming language, parallel processing, operation control, modular design method and other key technologies to master the state of the filling system. In interface design, the software system is easy to use and powerful by better using the combination of the user’s requirements. Generalized graphical control can provide great help to the standardization of software platform constructing. The designed software interface of charging system can run very well and achieve a well-done result of missile tanking visualization, intelligent simulation. Finally this paper presented in the current fuel injectors, oxidant on the basis of filling equipment, using common carrier(container and pressurized equipment), can implement the standardization of software and hardware construction. |
