Power dish solar thermal power systems with complex structure and large spatial dimensions and weight and harsh installation environment, and load of randomness,and so on characteristics, there are strict requirements security stability and deformation under load. Key structural of generate electricity system, such as steel rack, condenser grid, columns, trusses, are connected by high strength bolts,connection bolts are hosting and transferring all load of the power system, it is the key to ensure generate electricity system safe, stable and efficient operation, so it has very important significance to develop the an analysis to contact strength of the key bolts of the power dish solar thermal power systems.This paper is had analyzed architecture connect features of the power dish solar thermal power generation system, it is had cleared that the U-shaped body-truss bolt connection, condenser-U shaped body bolt connection, column-foundation bolt connection are the key bolt of power dish solar thermal power systems; carried out finite element nonlinear contact analysis theory numerical method, determined the nonlinear parameter settings and applied method of preload; analyzed the connect features of U-shaped body-truss bolt connection, condenser-U shaped body bolt connection, column-foundation bolt connection, and then established 3D solid model of three key bolt structure at the Solidworks modeling software; Carried out three key bolting load characteristic analysis, accorded to the built the 3D solid model, based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, launched meshing and nonlinear parameters site of three key bolted; to ensure that the contact strength analysis of nonlinear convergence and accuracy, conducted the study of grid shape, convergence criteria,contact stiffness and contact algorithm, etc; got a series contact strength results of three kinds key connection bolts.The results show:three pieces of screwed-piece construction’s bolt contact stress are all less than 8.8material yield limit of high-strength bolts,strain were within the allowable range; condenser-U-shaped body bolted reached maximum contact stress782.218 MPa at nine wind load,exceeded bolt’s material yield limit, will cause the bolt failure; under 12 wind load,dish solar power systems in wind haven status,face area of the smallest, Three connection structures of bolts’ contact stress and strain are to meet the strength requirements; the stress of two types of connection bolts of U-shapedbody-truss are uneven distribution, There are anomaly between two kinds bolts’ arrangement; the stress distribution of condenser-U-shaped body’s bolts changed in wind direction changed,presented monotony in a certain area, there is a certain regularity; the stress distribution of column-basic are most balanced, floating stress angle is very small under various wind.The contact strength analysis results of dish solar power system’s key bolted in this article not only provide the reference for finite element analysis of nonlinear contact of the same types of bolts, and the same time provide a reference for study of bolted structural optimization and bearing performance to power dish solar thermal power systems’ overall steel frame.
