Clot ice snow will reduce the adhesion coefficient of road surface in Winter roads, the serious influence the motion of the vehicle safety, annual economic losses up to hundreds of millions of yuan because of the condensation problem of snow. To clear the snow on the road, usually adopted method is then distributed snowmelt agent, artificial or mechanical removing method of ice and snow, spraying snow melt agent can effectively remove snow and ice, but more severe pollution to the environment; Artificial or mechanical removing method can damage road structure.Analysis of the current research on road in addition to eliminate the snow and ice in China, raise a salt melt snow and ice storage of asphalt pavement, through independent development of slow-release salt storage aggregate, added to the asphalt mixture, through analysis of salt to reduce the freezing point of water in road surface, to achieve the purpose of inhibiting and independent melting snow and ice on road.This article use the different kinds of modified admixtures on modification, to improve the water resistance of magnesium cement and improve the strength of the salt storage aggregate. For the problems of short service life of salt storage asphalt pavement,developed the slow-release materials composed of different material, improve the slow release performance of salt, incorporation of H3BO3 and(NaPO3)6 slow-release material and organic relievers has good slow release effect. Compared with different storage aggregate replacement rate of salt road mixture is showed that under the condition of the optimum proportion, with the increase of storage aggregate replacement rate of salt, salt storage high temperature performance, low temperature performance, water stability are reduced, when the salt storage aggregate replacement rate was 20%, the residual stability can not meet the requirement of the specification, when the best salt storage aggregate replacement rate(15%), high temperature, low temperature and water stability can meet the requirements.Based on salt dissolving analysis test, through different mass concentration of NaCl solution and test the electrical conductivity, make the regenerative asphalt mixture salt soluble salt analysis testing line, according to the this standard line testing different saltstorage aggregate replacement rate of Marshall specimen solution conductivity,calculate the mass concentration of NaCl solution, estimate the precipitation amount of salt and the best replacement rate of salt storage aggregate asphalt mixture of mixing salt precipitation persistence is better. Using natural snow melting and freezing observation trials to evaluate the efficacy of the regenerative asphalt mixture of salt melts ice and snow,the results show that when the salt storage aggregate is the best replacement rate, salt storage asphalt mixture within 24 h of snowmelt effect is not good adding salt storage material mixture, salt storage asphalt mixture of 6h melting ice effect is not adding salt storage material mix well.We know that analyzed the price of Salt storage asphalt pavement and ordinary asphalt pavement, the use of the same pitch, the same mixture gradation, paving salt storage asphalt pavement have high cost performance of asphalt pavement.
