Pavement covered snow and ice causes traffic inconvenience and even leads toaccidents. Chlorine salts has used in Many countries due to its excellent snowmelt anddeicing effect, but in fact, it has caused serious environmental pollution and roadsubsidiary structure ’s corrosion damage in recent years. Nowadays, road researchershave started to focus on efficient and environmentally friendly initiative snowmelt anddeicing pavement,and developed many ways to solve snow and ice problem initiatives.The technology of pavement include salt is a new initiative snowmelt road developedbased on this problem. On the basis of foreign pavement include salt, this researchdeveloped a special filler of pavement include salt independently, it is named sustainedrelease complex salt filler. The research discussed about the binder with this kind ofpacking and ordinary filler, and also analyzed the road pavement performance andremoves ice and snow performance. The main research contents and results are asfollows: At first, on the basis of survey about foreign pavement include salt, analysesthe de-icing mechanism of Japanese sustained release complex salt filler, studies haveshown that the Nissan sustained release complex salt filler reduce the freezing pointthrough the precipitation of elemental chlorine, with the filler content increases,de-icing performance increase; on the basis of this study, through the water permeabilitytest, dissolution test and chloride determination tests, design and select the vector,production process, hatred water treatment agent, freezing point decreased agent andcomposition admeasurement of the domestic sustained release complex salt packing,and finally determine the composition and production process of domestic sustainedrelease complex salt filler. The second, The complex modulus coefficient is chosen tobe the indicator for the evaluation of asphalt-filler interaction ability through the indexsensitivity analysis. Determine the line viscoelastic range of asphalt binder based on thedynamic strain scan curve, and within this range, analyses the temperature and powderoil sensitivity of Nissan and domestic sustained release complex salt packing and slagasphalt binder, the study shows that three kinds of filler is small sensitivity on thetemperature and powder oil, and domestic sustained release complex salt packing issimilar with slag. The third, based on the pavement performance evaluation of bothdomestic sustained release complex salt filler and slag, discuss the impact of the twofillers on the performance of the Mixture. The study shows that the packing of thedomestic sustained release complex salt filler can increase the anti-rutting performanceof the high temperature of the mixture, the low temperature properties is a litter betterthan ore, but almost the same, resistance to water damage under the high temperaturewater environment has declined, but still failed to meet the specifications prescribed pavement performance requirements; resistance to water damage under freezing andthawing water environment is superior to the ordinary ore; the durability of both fillersis similar to each other. Lastly, according to the investigations on the snowmelt andde-ice performance and the removing ice and snow long-acting resistance of the Nissanpavement include Salt, and compare the domestic and Nissan pavement include Salt, itshows that this kind of pavement have excellent deicing performance when temperatureis above10℃, although there have no obvious signs of snowmelt evidence, but it stillbe able to change the bonding state and the bond strength between the road and the ice,and it finally will be beneficial to the late labor and machinery to remove ice and snow.Researches on develop of domestic pavement include salt、packing performance testing、Mixture performance and removing ice and snow performance, carried out acomprehensive study to verify both the pavement performance and the snowmelt anddeicing ability superiority,and laid the foundation for further application in China topavement include salt.
