With the speed development of real estate and housing industrialization getting more and more important, assemble monolithic concrete produced by the industrialized mode, which provide significant advantages over cast-in-suit structures, specifically in high product quality, energy-saving, environmental protection, high profit, is widely used in China. It is a direction for construction of housing industry in China.There is a revival in prefabricated concrete structure, some of the institutes and building enterprises had already developed new building system, improved manufacturing processes, rise product qualities and so on. Reinforcement splice is one of the key technologies of prefabricated concrete structure, which are capable of providing reinforcing bar tension and compression capacities in the structure and ensure integrality performance of the structure. The codes about reinforcement splice in standards are not write in details and lack of maneuverability. The influence about splice is not clear.This thesis presents the history of prefabricated concrete structure in detail. Combining different countries carry out the structure form to prove that it is an important development direction of building industrialization in China. Summary common reinforcement splices, such as fastening connection, welting connection, machinery connection. Different type of technological characteristics appears in various applying forms in prefabricate constructions. Summarized current situation of grout sleeve and plug-in filling hole for lap, which are mainly applied for connection of reinforcement embedded in prefabricate assembled concrete structures. Analyse their working mechanism and final failure mode, point out the deficiencies of the research work and the problems to be solved. Put forward reasonable suggestion to plug-in filling hole for lap to simplify the splice mode. Collect provincial standard which including grout sleeve and plug-in filling hole for lap. An example is presented to study the shortage of plug-in filling hole for lap and find the splice is lack of operation.In the last part of thesis introduce different construction enterprise adopt their typical reinforcement splice methods. Xi’an located in area of 8 degree seismic fortification intensity, which is promoting assemble monolithic concrete structure. Recommend reasonable reinforcement splice methods and structure form in different condition in order to speeding building industry achieve industrialization and strategy of sustainable development.
